With 10 years of experience, William has led multiple engagements across strategy and operations consulting, as well as IPO due diligence. A very capable project manager, he has worked with a wide range of clients across Asia, with experience in China, Hong Kong SAR, South East Asia as well as the Middle East. Prior to joining RMS, William was a director at a multinational risk and investigations consultancy. He is fully professionally proficient in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, as well as speaking conversational Japanese and Spanish and is learning Cantonese.
William holds a Bachelors in East Asian Studies from Yale University and a Masters in Ethics from the University of Chicago.
Swee Khoon has over 25 years of experience as a consultant and as a business leader for financial and shared services operations in Asia. Her breadth of coverage encompasses several industries including technology, manufacturing, financial services, professional services, and the public sectors. Since transitioning into consulting, she has held multiple project manager roles for transformation, process re-engineering and redesign, automation, and organisational design. Swee Khoon a native speaker of English and Mandarin, and is fluent in Cantonese and Hookean.

Queenie is an accomplished business analyst with experience in strategy, transformation, risk, regulation and compliance projects for large corporations across Asia. She has consulted across several sectors, including financial services. This includes research and analysis roles in digital, transformation and operations projects. Prior to joining RMS, Queenie spent two years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in consulting roles. Queenie is a native speaker of English and Malay, is fluent in Cantonese, and conversational in Mandarin.
